We’re Hiring: Manufacturing Team Lead | Assemblers – Let’s Talk!

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to help drive daily operations on a fast-paced production line for a truly unique product.

If you have 2–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity to step into a role with real responsibility and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading and supporting a team to meet daily production targets

- Upholding safety, quality, and 5S standards

- Coaching team members and resolving issues on the floor

- Managing KPIs, inventory tracking, and continuous improvement efforts

Compensation: $20–$27/hour (DOE) + 2.5%–5% performance-based bonus
