Senior Property Manager

We are partnering with a leading organization in the Seattle area that is looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property management professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio spanning office, retail, and industrial properties.

The role will have significant responsibility across leasing, tenant relations, financial performance, property operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.

A few highlights:
- $150K–$165K base salary
- 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision for employees

- 15 days PTO + 14 company holidays
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, leasing, and overall financial performance
- Oversee TI and capital projects alongside engineering teams and vendors

They’re looking for someone with 7+ years of commercial property management experience, ideally with exposure to office, retail, and/or industrial assets, as well as experience with Yardi or a similar property management platform.
